A rental day is defined as a 24-hour period, starting from the date and time indicated on the rental contract. Any changes to the reservation or rental may result in a rate adjustment or additional fees.

Please note, there are no refunds for early returns.

If you need to rent multiple vehicles for the same or overlapping dates, ensure that each booking is made under the correct driver's name. Duplicate reservations with the same name will be automatically canceled. We are not responsible for canceled reservations. The makes and models of vehicles shown are for example purposes only and are not guaranteed. Additional restrictions may apply.

All our vehicles are non-smoking. Each vehicle is inspected upon return, and if smoke odor or residue is detected, a cleaning fee ranging from $50.00 USD to $250.00 USD will be charged to the credit card used at the time of rental.

Park-by-plate is not included, and you will be responsible for any associated fees.

For Pay Now special rates, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the full rental charges for the reserved period will be charged in US dollars at the time of booking. Any additional charges will be collected in local currency at the time of payment.
