Upon Arrival / Shuttle

NU Car Rentals service in Orlando is provided in cooperation with Action Car Rental. Upon arrival, please call 407-240-2700 for our courtesy shuttle. After collecting your luggage, please meet us at our assigned pick-up spaces. For Terminals A and B, head to ground transportation on the 1st level. Our bus will pick you up at space A11 or B11. For Terminal C, head to ground transportation on the 1st level. Our bus will pick you up at space C 274. Reserved vehicles not prepaid, will be held 2 hours during office hours. Prepaid vehicles are held for 24 hours. A reservation reinstatement fee of $15.00 to 35.00 USD per day will apply for late arrivals. Vehicles may not leave Florida. The customer agrees to pay a No-Show charge on the credit card used for the reservation if not canceled 48 hours in advance.

There are multiple shuttles that run continuously. The average waiting time for the shuttle is 15 to 30 min. Waiting time may increase if the weather is bad or if the traffic is heavy.
